Classes are offered day and night, let by our trained instructors, and are for all levels and everyone. Beginners, Restorative Rides, Intermediate and Aerobic Rides give you plenty of options and room to grow and challenge yourself.

When class isn't in session, the studio is open as a Cardio Theater, for Free Ride Times!

CLASS STYLES

Restore Ride TM- feels like a ride on a chill day in the park. All levels, easy, breezy, recovery, stretch, build slow strength and stamina. Great if your recovering, meditative, and therapeutic. Think; Yoga on a bike!

Begin to Ride TM - feels like guidance, support with some challenge, getting on that first trail ride in the woods. All levels, guidance on bike set up, speed options, body positioning, mild/moderate cardiovascular work. Learn how to take your ride to the next level safely and effectively.

Intermediate Ride TM - feels like a fun race to the finish outside on the track, challenging, exciting, fast & fun. Moderate paced, offering some aerobic sequences. Some experience is suggested, although this class will still offer modification to be attainable to everyone.

Aerobic Ride TM - feels like a community party in a ride through a forest. a full body group fitness experience. Moderate/Intermediate paced, offering a full body workout on your bike. Moving quickly, upping your cardio, stamina, along with working arms, core and glutes.

Common Q&A's

Do I need experience?

No experience is required to ride with us. We offer beginner and therapy rides that will move slowly and guide you every step of the way.

Do I need special shoes?

You can use Cycle shoes for clip in or our caged pedals are offered standard on our bikes

Will the bike be comfortable and fit my body?

Our Cycle Bikes adjust to you, for a perfect ride and fit for your body. As a beginner, the bike and bike seat require a little getting used to. During this phase, it sometimes helps to wear padded bike shorts or use a cushioned gel seat. In a short period of time you won't necessarily need either.

What if I can't do everything in class?

I haven't worked out in a while-One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider's abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

What do I need to wear?

We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.
