These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Movement by CF LLC services, including our physical studio locations, website, classes, training programs, wellness services, and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

PART ONE: STUDIO POLICIES

1. Waiver Requirement

All movement services and trainings, including yoga, barre, Pilates, group fitness classes, private sessions, retreats, and trainings, require a signed liability waiver prior to participation.

2. Cancellation Policy

All changes and cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or movement experience. Requests made within this window will receive a full refund or credit.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. This policy applies to all classes, private sessions, trainings, and wellness appointments.

3. Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a retail product purchase and the item is unopened, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to initiate a return.

Service packages, class passes, memberships, and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Facilities

Allentown Location

The Main Studio is located on the 2nd Floor of the old grist mill on Main St. in Allentown, NJ. Our expanded studio space is located on the 3rd Floor of the same building. Restrooms are located on the ground floor. Ample parking is available on the side of the building, behind the building, and across the street.

Bordentown Location

Our Bordentown studio is located at 1 Park St., Building #5A, Bordentown, NJ. Please contact us for parking and facility details specific to this location.

5. Legal Disclaimer

Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or wellness regimen. Information and services provided by The Movement by CF LLC are for general wellness and fitness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

The infrared sauna, nutrition and wellness services offered at The Movement by CF LLC are complementary wellness tools and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

PART TWO: MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS (A2P COMPLIANT)

6. Program Description

The Movement by CF LLC may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include:

Promotional offers and membership deals
Class schedules, service updates, and studio news
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Wellness tips and community event information

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, intake forms, or in-studio registration, you authorize The Movement by CF LLC to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in any service.

8. How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message from The Movement by CF LLC. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

You may also opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email footer.

9. How to Opt Back In

If you would like to rejoin our SMS program after opting out, you may opt back in using the same method you used to enroll originally, such as submitting a form on our website.

11. Message Frequency and Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

12. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may vary depending on your carrier and device.

13. Privacy
