Kaitlyn Cardona
Kaitlyn has been practicing yoga since she was 18 years old as a freshman in college suffering from obesity, anxiety, depression and asthma. At first she did not enjoy the physical challenges of the practice--she had no strength, no body awareness, and disliked having to confront herself and lack of physical capabilities.
She became certified as 200 hour RYT back in 2013 and since then has gained well over 2000 hours of teaching experience as well as completed continued education training's in beginners yoga, breath-work & bandha locks, aerial yoga, HIIT training and even cardio kickboxing.
Eric Ferrone
I was fortunate enough to find yoga back in 2016 and quickly fell in love. I’ve completed 2 teacher trainings and have been teaching for 2 years. When I’m not teaching you can find me on beach, running or riding my skateboard. Looking forward to seeing you on your mat. I love you and there’s nothing you can do about it.
Heather Cerniglia
Heather has been taking Barre classes for past 9 years and fell in love with the concept of Barre. It was unlike any other class she has taken.
After joining the Movement, she fell in love with the studio and learned that working out is not only for physical strength but also for mental strength and body awareness.
Coming from a corporate background and then being a stay home mama for the past 11 years she decided to go outside her comfort zone and is now certified through The Movement Concept Barre.
She wanted her girls to know the importance of exercise, staying healthy and working hard while doing what makes you happy. You can find her at the Barre on Tuesday & Thursday mornings.

She also wanted to show her daughters, Brooke and Frankie, the importance of working hard, finding your life's purpose, community, and overall healthy living. She knew that she could do it all here at The Movement!

She loves salty chocolate chip cookies and really good pie and will never change the channel if Dirty Dancing is on. Chelsea enjoys wearing multiple patterns at the same time and is all about a bold jumpsuit. She wants to make you sweat so come ride along with her in The Treehouse on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
Olivia Diehl Reed
Olivia believes in the importance of tuning into the body and mind on the mat so that we may better understand ourselves off the mat and navigate through our lives mindfully. In this way, yoga becomes a tool for transformation. With breath, alignment, and body awareness, we can overcome hurdles with balance of effort and ease.
Certified in The Movement Concept Barre and a RYT-200. Olivia hopes to inspire you to meet yourself, your body, and your practice right where you exist today. As on the mat, so in life.
Caitlyn Wylie
Caitlyn is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher and holds certifications for barre and kids yoga. Caitlyn has been an elementary school teacher for the past 10 years and loves doing movement and breathing exercises with her first graders. Caitlyn runs and cycles daily and originally began her yoga journey to help with her flexibility. Although yoga has helped with her balance, flexibility, and strength, she quickly realized that yoga was so much more than just the physical practice. Caitlyn grew up taking dance lessons at a local dance studio, so barre became a natural next step in her teaching after getting her yoga certification. When not teaching, Caitlyn enjoys being in Long Beach Island with friends and family.
